  6. What is the parent commitment?
CCA hires qualified teachers for all of our classes and parents are not required to attend with their children. However, we require each family to volunteer at least twice a year to help with set-up, lunch, and cleaning up at the end of the day.
  7. Do you offer scholarships or work for credit?
Yes, we offer both! You must apply for tuition credits (scholarships) using the link on the registration page. Tuition credit decisions are made mid-summer and you will be notified via email. There is a separate link to apply for work for tuition credit. This is a weekly, annual commitment of approximately an hour a week to work as a study hall or lunch monitor.
  8. What is study hall and is there a cost?
Students must be registered in a class at all times while on the premises of CCA. If a student has a break in between classes, they must register for a study hall during that period. There is a minimal cost for study hall. Each student can take one study hall per year at half price - $50 per year. All other study halls are $100 per year. In the case of families with multiple children needing study halls, we do offer options to keep that cost down.
