Registration Fees:
$50.00 per student if paid by April 4, 2011 (max $150/family)
$55.00 per student if paid by May 4, 2011 (max $165/family)
$60.00 per student if paid by May 31, 2011 (max $180/family)
$65.00 per student for any registrations received after June 1, 2011
