REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

* 2010-2011 Registration Fee: **note new registration fee schedule
$65/student (max $195/family) after May 31, 2010
Discounted Registration is as follows:
$50/student (max $150/family) if registered by March 15, 2010
$55/student (max $165/family) if registered by April 30, 2010
$60/student (max $180/family) if registered by May 31, 2010
Completed forms are due within 30 days of receiving registration form. This form should be filled out by someone such as a pastor, Sunday school teacher, or youth leader who knows you and your family well.

Signed policy forms are due with first tuition payment in August.

The Co-Directors determine final acceptance for admittance to CCA.
