APPLICATION / REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Application/Registration Forms: CCA has updated our processes for the 2017-2018 school year. The Tuition Contract is now part of the Registration process.

**PLEASE NOTE: We will begin to accept current CCA family registrations on February 20th. We will begin to accept new family registrations beginning at Open House on March 3rd.
2. Handbook Signature Page (This form will be sent electronically at the beginning of August. During the summer we will update our handbook for the 2017-2018 school year. You may read our current handbook however for a general guideline of CCA.)
4. Registration Fees:
Early Registration Fees
**CURRENT CCA Families receive a discount of $55.00 per student if enrolling by May 31, 2017. (max $150/family)
$60.00 per student if paid by May 31, 2017 (max $165/family)
$65.00 per student if paid by June 30, 2017 (max $180/family) $70.00 per student if paid by July, 2017 (max $195/family)
Regular Registration Fee (received August 1, 2017 or after):
$75.00 per student (max $210/family)
5. Parent and Student Interview: You will be contacted to schedule an interview. Only new students/parents will need an interview.

All registration fees are nonrefundable. You will be notified upon final acceptance to CCA. CCA will be incorporating a new admission procedure and will be notifying families if any additional information is needed.
